What is auto service software for?
Auto service software keeps workshop customer records, parts stock, sales, and collections in one place. The goal is to replace per-vehicle notes and spreadsheets with visible daily operations. CariPro delivers this as a bookkeeping and business panel — not an advanced DMS, insurance suite, or OEM parts catalog.
Keep workshop jobs more organized
Document labor and parts on a sale. Optionally keep in-progress (draft) jobs open with a service note so “which car is still in the bay?” does not get lost in chat. There is no claim of an automatic work-order engine or appraisal module.
Customer accounts and plate identity
Track customer ledgers, balances, and history. In auto-service setups you can add a license plate to the customer record so the same plate is easier to recognize. This is plate-based customer identity and receivable tracking — not VIN lookup or a chassis history database.
Spare parts and stock tracking
Track spare parts and consumables with product cards and stock movements. Stock updates with sales; critical levels can be monitored. There is no OEM catalog integration or automatic purchase ordering.
Sales, collections, and due dates
Record service sales and follow cash or credit collections. Overdue balances become visible in the panel. Checks and promissory notes can be tracked as well.
Keep in-progress work visible
With open-job / ongoing-work flow you can keep unfinished service jobs on a list. You can mark who performed the work on a sale. If calendar is enabled, reminders can support appointments or planned work.
