Technical Service Management Software
Move repair jobs, customer balances, and parts use out of scattered notes. CariPro helps technical-service teams keep sales lines, ledgers, and an optional calendar visible day to day.
What is technical service software for?
It keeps the work done, parts used, customer balances, and collections in one place — so device- or job-level paper notes are not the only record. CariPro delivers this as a business and bookkeeping panel — not a serial-number DMS, OEM catalog, or warranty API suite.
Document labor and parts on each job
Keep labor and parts as separate sale lines so the work is clearly documented. Optionally keep in-progress jobs on a list. There is no automatic work-order engine or appraisal module.
Parts and consumables stock
Track spare parts and consumables with product cards and stock movements; stock updates with sales. No OEM catalog integration or automatic purchase engine.
Customer account ledgers
Balances, open accounts, and history stay visible in the panel for both business and individual customers.
Optional calendar and appointments
If calendar is enabled, reminders can support planned jobs or appointments. Calendar is optional and can stay off when you do not need it.
Sales, collections, and due dates
Record service sales and follow cash or credit collections. Overdue balances become visible.
Share updates on WhatsApp
Share sale or document updates over WhatsApp. Sharing and configured notifications — not a chatbot or campaign tool.
Access from the field on your phone
Check balances and jobs via mobile browser or PWA. Native store apps are not published yet; they are coming soon.
Not every repair shop runs the same way
A small electronics bench and a parts-heavy workshop need different screens. Features enable or stay off for your workflow.
